Youngstown State University student Maxwell Smith of Warren, Ohio, receives Greek Award

Maxwell Smith of Warren, Ohio, a junior at Youngstown State University, received the Interfraternity Council Service Award at the annual YSU Greek Sing competition. Smith is a Criminal Justice major at YSU and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon.
