YSU welcomes Kelsey Metzger to campus

Youngstown State University is proud to welcome Kelsey Metzger of Somerset, Ohio, Sheridan (Thornville, OH) to campus for the Fall 2017 semester.

Working toward a Bachelor of Arts - English, Metzger joins more than 2,600 other new undergraduate students.
