YSU student Taylor Phillips named to Who's Who

Taylor Phillips of Boardman, Ohio, was inducted into Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges at the recent Youngstown State University Student Awards Banquet. Phillips is a Journalism major at YSU.

Founded in 1934, the national program honors outstanding campus leaders annually for their scholastic and community achievements.
