YSU student Jon Dean of Youngstown, Ohio, presents research at QUEST

Youngstown State University student Jon Dean of Youngstown, Ohio, made a presentation at the annual QUEST research conference on the YSU campus.

Dean is majoring in Chemistry at YSU. The presentation was titled: The effects of a music-based curriculum on learning, sleep quality, and melatonin levels in children with autism.

QUEST, which this year celebrated its 25th anniversary, showcases the scholarly achievements of YSU undergraduate and graduate students. The event includes research and scholarship in all forms - scientific findings, musical scores, engineering designs and analyses, panel discussions, poetry readings, dance performances, honors and senior theses, study abroad experiences, and more.
