YSU congratulates Tyler Richter on making the Dean's List

Tyler Richter of Boardman, OH, has made the Dean's List for the Spring 2016 semester at Youngstown State University as one of the university's high achieving students.

Richter is in the Pre Business Accounting program at YSU.
