YSU congratulates Sarah Mercer on making the Dean's List

Sarah Mercer of New Middletown, OH, has made the Dean's List for the Spring 2016 semester at Youngstown State University as one of the university's high achieving students.

Mercer is in the Communication Studies program at YSU.
