YSU congratulates Sarah Dowd on making the Dean's List

Sarah Dowd of Pottstown, PA, has made the Dean's List for the Spring 2016 semester at Youngstown State University as one of the university's high achieving students.

Dowd is in the Psychology program at YSU.
