YSU congratulates Rebecca Shelton on making the Dean's List

Rebecca Shelton of Bristolville, OH, has made the Dean's List for the Spring 2016 semester at Youngstown State University as one of the university's high achieving students.

Shelton is in the Music Education program at YSU.
