YSU congratulates Rachel Emerson on making the Dean's List

Rachel Emerson of Leetonia, OH, has made the Dean's List for the Spring 2016 semester at Youngstown State University as one of the university's high achieving students.

Emerson is in the Middle Childhood Education program at YSU.
