YSU congratulates Bruno Serrano on making the Dean's List

Bruno Serrano of Struthers, OH, has made the Dean's List for the Spring 2016 semester at Youngstown State University as one of the university's high achieving students.

Serrano is in the Information Technology program at YSU.
