Winter Knipp recognized at YSU STEM College event

Winter Knipp of Proctorville, OH (45664), was among 56 outstanding Youngstown State University students recognized with awards and scholarships recently at the annual College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Honor Convocation.

Knipp was presented the John and Lina Moteff Scholarship.
