Thomas Carnes earns spot on President's List at Youngstown State University with a 4.0 GPA

Thomas Carnes of Diamond, Ohio, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2015 semester. Thomas is majoring in STEM First Year Engineering at YSU.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 4.0 and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
