Shelby Norris on YSU President's List with 4.0 GPA

Shelby Norris of Hubbard, Ohio, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2014 Semester. Shelby is majoring in Special Education at YSU.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 4.0 and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
