Youngstown State University student Samantha Streb of Youngstown, Ohio, was honored at the recent Student Awards Banquet for participation in the Emerging Leaders Program. Streb is a master's student at YSU majoring in Counseling.

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to strengthen leadership knowledge and skills.
