Samantha Anderson of Youngstown, OH (44514), was presented the Dr. Teri M. Riley Award for Outstanding Achievement in Economics at the Youngstown State University College of Liberal Arts and Social Science Honors Convocation April 18 on the YSU campus. Anderson is a Finance major.
