Sam Rakocy receives award at Youngstown State University's Greek Sing

Sam Rakocy , of North Canton, Ohio, and a Senior at Youngstown State University, received the Interfraternity Council Outstanding Delegate Award at YSU's Greek Sing in Stambaugh Auditorium. Rakocy, a member of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, is studying Mathematics at YSU.
