STEM student Samuel Rakocy recognized at Honors Convocation

Samuel Rakocy of Youngstown, Ohio, was recognized with the J. Douglas Faires Outstanding Student in Mathematics and Statistics Award; Clarence P. Gould Honors Society at Youngstown State University's College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Honors Convocation this year.

Rakocy is a senior in the Mathematics program at YSU.

More than 90 students were honored at the event held in Kilcawley Center on campus.
