Ryan Slavic awarded cyber security internship

Youngstown State University senior Ryan Slavic of Struthers, OH is one of only a dozen individuals nationwide to be awarded a prestigious cyber security internship at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, N.M.

Slavic, a Struthers High School graduate, is pursuing an Individual Curriculum Program major at YSU. The 10-week paid summer internship runs June 5 through Aug. 10 and focuses on Network Archaeology, Host Forensics, Malware Analysis and Incident Coordination.
