Ryan Portela to speak at YSU Spring Commencement

Youngstown State University senior Ryan Portela of Boardman, OH, has been chosen to serve as a student speaker at Spring Commencement ceremonies May 5 on campus.

Portela, a Ridgefield Park High School graduate, is graduating with an undergraduate degree in Political Science.
