Rebecca Shelton earns spot on President's List at Youngstown State University with a 4.0 GPA

Rebecca Shelton of Bristolville, Ohio, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2015 semester. Rebecca is majoring in Music Education at YSU.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 4.0 and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
