Rebecca Banks recognized at YSU Student Awards Banquet

Rebecca Banks of Youngstown, Ohio, a student majoring in General Studies at Youngstown State University, was honored at YSU's annual Student Awards Banquet this spring. Banks won the Edna K. McDonald Cultural Awareness Award for Contributions Made to Cultural Diversity.
