Rebecca Anderson of Cortland, Ohio, is part of the cast of University Theater's current production at Youngstown State University.

Anderson, who is majoring in Theater at YSU, plays the role of Charlotta in the production of Anton Chekhov's comedy/drama "The Cherry Orchard."

Performances run Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 4, 5, 6 and 7, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 12, 13 and 14 in Spotlight Arena Theater in YSU's Bliss Hall. Thursday through Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m., while Sunday matinee performances are at 3 p.m. All seats in Spotlight Theater are general admission.

The play is universally acknowledged as one of the masterpieces of world theater.

Tickets may be purchased by calling the University Theater Box Office at 330-941-3105. Ticket prices are free for YSU students with an ID; $10 for adults and $5 for senior citizens, YSU faculty and staff, high school students, college students from other universities, Penguin Club members and YSU alumni. Parking is available in the Wick Avenue parking deck for a nominal fee.
