Rachel Emerson to speak at YSU Spring Commencement

Youngstown State University senior Rachel Emerson of Leetonia, OH, has been chosen to serve as a student speaker at Spring Commencement ceremonies May 5 on campus.

Emerson, a Keystone National High School graduate, is graduating with an undergraduate degree in Middle Childhood Education.
