Rachael Kline of New London, Ohio, received a Bach of Science in Applied Sci degree in Allied Health at Youngstown State University's Spring Commencement.

Nearly 1,200 students received associate, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees at the ceremony in Beeghly Center on the YSU campus.
