Pamela Panning awarded degree at YSU Spring Commencement

Pamela Panning of Youngstown, Ohio, Social Work major, received a Master of Social Work at Youngstown State University's Spring 2017 Commencement.

Panning was one of more than 1,300 students awarded undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degrees in morning and afternoon ceremonies on May 6 in Beeghly Center on the YSU campus.
