Noah Hochendoner earns spot on President's List at Youngstown State University with a 4.0 GPA

Noah Hochendoner of Poland, Ohio, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2015 semester. Noah is majoring in Nursing at YSU.
