Morgan Horne earns spot on President's List at Youngstown State University with a 4.0 GPA

Morgan Horne of Girard, Ohio, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2015 semester. Morgan is majoring in College Credit Plus at YSU.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 4.0 and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
