Lindsay Heldreth of Canfield, OH (44406), was presented the Evangelos Michelakis Meshel Scholarship at the Youngstown State University College of Liberal Arts and Social Science Honors Convocation April 18 on the YSU campus. Heldreth is a Philosophy major.
