Youngstown State University student Leanna Hartsough of Youngstown, Ohio, was honored at the recent Student Awards Banquet for participation in the Emerging Leaders Program. Hartsough is a junior at YSU majoring in Physical Education.

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to strengthen leadership knowledge and skills.
