Julie Seitz of East Liverpool, Ohio, received a Bach of Science in Education degree in Integrated Math Education at Youngstown State University's Spring Commencement.

Nearly 1,200 students received associate, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees at the ceremony in Beeghly Center on the YSU campus.
