Joseph Mansfield performs at Carnegie Hall

Youngstown State University student Joseph Mansfield of Pittsburgh, Pa., will perform at Carnegie Hall in New York as part of the YSU Dana School of Music's Wind Ensemble.

Joseph, who is majoring in Instrumental Music Education at YSU, plays Clarinet/Bass clarinet in the award-winning Wind Ensemble. The group will perform at Carnegie Hall on Friday, Nov. 27.

"We are honored and excited to be able to once again showcase the YSU Wind Ensemble in one of the world's most acclaimed concert sites," said Stephen L. Gage, professor of Music and director of Bands and Orchestra at YSU's Dana School of Music.
