Joellin Chance recognized at YSU Honors Convocation

Joellin Chance of Austintown, Ohio, was among more than 100 Youngstown State University students recognized at the YSU Bitonte College of Health and Human Services Honors Convocation. Chance received the John and Dorothy Masternick Scholarship.
