Jessica Carbon of Struthers, Ohio, received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in Nursing BSN G at Youngstown State University's Spring Commencement.

Nearly 1,200 students received associate, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees at the ceremony in Beeghly Center on the YSU campus.
