Jeri Wethli, a member of Zeta Tau Alpha at YSU, helps raise money for breast cancer research

Youngstown State University student Jeri Wethli of New Castle, Pa., is a member of the YSU chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority, which raised more than $120,000 in this year's Pink Ribbon Cheer Classic on Oct. 25 on the YSU campus.

Jeri is a Senior at YSU, majoring in Nursing.

More than 100 cheering squads and 5,000 spectators attended the event, which raises money for breast cancer research, awareness and education. Over the past 15 years, Zeta Tau Alpha's Pink Ribbon Cheer Classic has raised in excess of $1.3 million.
