Jay Williams earns spot on President's List at Youngstown State University with a 4.0 GPA

Jay Williams of Yorktown, Virginia, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2015 semester. Jay is majoring in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology at YSU.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 4.0 and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
