Herman Horkey on YSU President's List with 4.0 GPA

Herman Horkey of Hubbard, Ohio, has been named to the President's List at Youngstown State University for the Fall 2014 Semester. Herman is majoring in Telecommunication Studies at YSU.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 4.0 and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
