Herman Horkey named to Dean's List at Youngstown State University

Herman Horkey of Hubbard, Ohio, has been named to the Dean's List at Youngstown State University for Spring Semester 2015. Horkey is majoring in Telecommunication Studies at YSU.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must carry a semester grade point average of 3.4 or better and take a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit.
