Ciara Hayes of Hermitage, Pennsylvania, received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Studio Graph Inter Dsgn Op at Youngstown State University's Spring Commencement.

Nearly 1,200 students received associate, bachelor, master and doctorate degrees at the ceremony in Beeghly Center on the YSU campus.
