Anna Cowan inducted into Who's Who

Anna Cowan of Ellicott City, Md., was inducted into the 2016 class of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges at this year's Youngstown State University Student Awards Banquet. Cowan is a student in the Mechanical Engineering program at YSU.

Founded in 1934, the national program honors outstanding campus leaders annually for their scholastic and community achievements.
