Allyson Hood stars in cast of YSU's "It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play"

Allyson Hood of New Castle, Pa., a student at Youngstown State University, is a member of the cast of YSU Theater's production of "It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play."

Allyson is a Freshman at YSU, majoring in Undetermined - Music.

The show runs Nov. 20, 21 and 22, and Dec. 4 and 5, in Spotlight Theater in Bliss Hall on the YSU campus.

The play is inspired by the classic American film, "It's a Wonderful Life," portrayed as a live 1940's radio broadcast performed in front of the studio audience, featuring a six-person cast that brings a few dozen characters to the stage.
