Allison Shay presents at YSU QUEST 2016

Allison Shay, a Youngstown State University senior from Leavittsburg, OH, presented research at this year's QUEST event.

Shay is a student in the Dietetics program at YSU and was among nearly 400 other students at the event, which is now in its 27th year. Jim Cossler, chief executive and "chief evangelist" for the Youngstown Business Incubator, was the keynote speaker.
