Rachel Emerson wins kudos at YSU Honors Convocation

Rachel Emerson of Leetonia, OH (44431), was one of 77 Youngstown State University students recognized recently at the Beeghly College of Education Honors Convocation.

Emerson, Middle Childhood Education major, was among the outstanding students presented awards or scholarships in the names of contributing donors.
